• Instructional design
  We offer innovative designs that responds to each client’s specific performance requirements. We can design an overall learning strategy as well as specific materials for facilitators and participants. We work closely with facilitators to ensure the integrity of the design is maintained.


• Needs assessment
  We can conduct full needs assessments that ensure that the learning interventions are clearly linked to the participants’ performance.


• Course evaluation
  We also provide evaluation tools to ensure that learning took place and that the knowledge is transferred to the workplace.
